REFUND POLICY

30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition as received — unused and unregistered
In its original packaging with all accessories, cables, and documentation included
Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.


Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can put it right.


Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

Software, digital downloads, or any item where a licence key or activation code has been revealed or used
Custom-built PCs or specially configured devices (unless faulty)
Consumables such as printer ink or toner that have been opened
Items that have been registered with the manufacturer

Exchanges
We're happy to exchange faulty or incorrect items. For a change of mind, please return your original item first and place a new order once your return has been accepted.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for your bank or card provider to post the credit.
